When does order send upon successful payment?

 
 

We usually ship paid orders within 3-5 working days.

Should I change the address on PayPal if it is not correct?

 
 

All products will be shipped according to the PayPal confirmed address on the order. Please make sure the address in your PayPal account is correct. If a package is returned due to invalid address, members will have to clear all related shipping fee(s) before we can re-arrange a delivery. Also, change of address by leaving messages in remark section of PayPal is not acceptable.

What shipment methods we provide?

 
 

We usually use Hong Kong Post as shipping carrier. Orders will be shipped by Registered Airmail or e-Express offered by Hong Kong Post, depending on service availability.

How to track shipped packages?

 
 

We will provide tracking number for every order once the orders is shipped. Please track the package via the following site:

Please contact local post office if the package wasn't received one month after dispatch. Please contact us for further assiatance if tracking is still not available. We would start an investigation with Post Office. Please note that this process would take some times until investigation completed.

What kind of payment options available?

 
 

We accept payment by PayPal and all the credit cards supported by PayPal.

What is the Transaction currency?

 
 

All transaction will be processed in US Dollar.

What needs to be done if shipment returned?

 
 

Shipment might return due to various reasons like insufficient address, non-claimed etc. If this is the case, member would have to clear the shipping (and the return fee, if applicable) before we can re-ship it.

What can be done if the shipment is detained by local customs?

 
 

Customs in some countries are quite strict on importing goods. Please contact us and inform us of the case. We would send you an invoice by email. Take the invoice to the customs and you would be able to redeem the package.

Would it be possible for self-collecting at OTG Dive office?

 
 

We are unable to offer such service at the moment.

What can be done if there are quality or other issues of products?

 
 

For quality assurance, we will check each items carefully before shipment. Nonetheless, if there are any problems about the merchandies, please contact us within 30 days upon received. Depending on cases, repair, return or refund might be offered. For return, please follow instruction from customer service and use Registered Airmail (with tracking number). Please note that we reserve all rights to reject any unauthorized return.

How to cancel order?
